Gave me the idea to change my tmp directory to my_drive_letter:\mypath.\tmp. Once I knew what to search for many of the same problems came up, lots before Drupal 8, same thing, same solution to uncheck (at least a workaround). I did lots of searching on CSS and JavaScript aggregation. I have not tested the entire site with these unclicked. I unclick CSS and click JavaScript it is fixed. If I click aggregate JavaScript files along with CSS aggregate, I get the error in this thread. If I click just CSS aggregate files, I get a gigantic long page (correct content, just long). But, I unchecked aggregate CSS files and aggregate Javascript files and my theme started working. All previous versions of Drupal worked fine.
So, there is no mention of proper stylesheets.ĭo you know why this is so? And how can I fix it, please? But all pages of the resulting website reproducibly look completely unformatted. The database and all files, settings.php etc., seem to be created just fine. The installation process runs and finishes smoothly. I installed Drupal 8.0.0 using the built-in modules on AMPPS.
My Drupal 8.0.0 does not load any CSS files, no matter what I try. Since AMPPS does not offer any support, I am turning to you. AMPPS itself runs perfectly fine, just the Drupal module does not. I am using AMPPS for creating a test environment on Windows. I have searched for mention of similar problems on Google and on, but have not been able to find any.
